Where do my donations go? What does the Alta Vista Home & School Club (AVHSC) fund?

Did you know that the Alta Vista does not receive funding for items such as Classroom supplies, Physical education, Music, clay, art & field trips? We rely 100% on family donations to support these activities!! More specifically, the AVHSC funds what is not otherwise funded by the district. This includes:

Classroom Supplies & Activities

Olympic Day

Field Trips (& buses for select trips)

Art Vistas

Mileage Club

Project Cornerstone

Garden Club

Class Parties

Movie Night

 & MORE!

How much do some of the items above cost?
